An aircraft project passes through many hands: broker, CAMO, designer, engineering, MRO, suppliers and certification authorities.
Each does a good job in their own field. Often, nobody owns the whole outcome. The owner pays for that gap, usually late in the project, when changes are most expensive. I bring the project together before fragmentation becomes expensive.

Define what the aircraft must deliver for you: the interior concept, the passenger experience, the mission requirements and your future needs. A clear brief at the start prevents expensive surprises and redesign later.
Strategy
Build a practical route from ambition to implementation. This covers scope, CAPEX, modification planning, maintenance integration and lifecycle thinking, so decisions today do not create problems at the next refurbishment.
Execution
Coordinate the stakeholders and decisions that move the project forward: engineering, certification coordination, suppliers, MRO and delivery. You always know what is decided, why and what it costs.

25 + years. International aviation experience across technical, operational and commercial roles.
Regulatory environments
Experience within EASA Part 21J, Part 21G and Part 145 environments, including former nominated postholder responsibilities.
